An engineering process, not a sales funnel.
Seven stages, each with a concrete deliverable. Not every project needs all of them — a simple automation skips stages a full application requires — but the order is always this.
Scope and price are fixed at the end of stage 2, before anything is built. No surprises mid-project.
Operational discovery
A conversation — and, when it makes sense, direct observation — to understand how the operation works today: who does what, with which tools, where time is lost and where things get lost.
At the end of this stageA map of the current process and of the points where a system pays off.
Opportunity and feasibility assessment
Not everything that can be automated is worth automating. We assess the impact, risk and effort of each opportunity — including telling you when the right answer is to build nothing.
At the end of this stageA proposal with fixed scope, timeline and price.
Prototype or system design
For applications, a navigable design of the system; for automations, the workflow drawn end to end with the human-approval points marked. Validated with you before serious building starts.
At the end of this stageAn approved system design — the last cheap chance to change your mind.
Implementation and integration
Building the system and wiring it to the operation's real tools. We work in short cycles with visible progress — we don't disappear for three months and come back with a surprise.
At the end of this stageA functional system connected to the real tools, in a test environment.
Validation with real users and data
The system runs with real data and the people who will use it, before taking over the process. We adjust whatever reality reveals — it always reveals something.
At the end of this stageA system validated by the team that will use it.
Deployment
The system takes over the process. Phased transition when the risk justifies it — the old process is only switched off when the new one proves it holds.
At the end of this stageA system in production, with the old process retired.
Monitoring, documentation and improvement
Every system ships documented and monitored: we know when a run fails before the client notices. Maintenance can stay with us or move to your team — the code and the access are yours.
At the end of this stageDocumentation, active monitoring and a direct channel for adjustments.
Stage 01
Everything starts with a diagnostic call.
Half an hour, no strings attached. We both leave knowing whether there's a system worth building — and what it would cost.
